An Update On Fulfillment

Hey Backers,

Apologies for the short spell of radio silence, we have been hard at work keeping the production flow going!

Fulfillment Status

In short - we are extremely close to finishing August build and will be starting on September shortly! We have had pledges ship out already, and more will be going out every day. This means all August backers can expect tracking numbers for their pledge by September 14th at the latest. Tracking numbers will be coming from Stamps.com or Shipstation.com, so please keep an eye out for both! 

The last big hold up was Pencils, which have been receiving their final QC check and will be fully completed by the end of next week at the absolute latest. The flaws in these can be small, so we're being very careful with the QC check.

 Master Vaults have one more run that is in the works currently, once this run is completed that will be all of August.

 Lastly, here are some photos of our current stock, most are simply awaiting pencils! 

 New Logo Dice Color Samples

As some backers are aware, we do not currently have new logo dice in but will soon. We did get the final samples in, here are some photos to take a look at the color combinations. The names are a work in progress and may change down the line.

 What are your thoughts on the names? We'd love to hear!

Dice Tower Kickstarter, Production Ahead of Schedule, and TROGDOR

We wanted to throw out another update for news, as well as fulfillment updates.

Dice Tower Kickstarter

The Dice Tower Kickstarter is LIVE! All information can be seen through the Kickstarter link here. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask! 

That being said, this brings us to point #2. 

Fulfillment for the Dice Tower Kickstarter

We just want to stress something here - the fulfillment for the Dice Tower Kickstarter will not impact Adventurer's Arsenal fulfillment. There are some tiers that overlap, however these are completely separate monsters. We will be shifting more bodies to crafting Personal Trays to ensure both Kickstarters are being fulfilled on time.  

We are currently running ahead of schedule on the Adventure's Arsenal and we are planning on keeping it that way :)

BURNINATING THE COUNTRYSIDE

Have you seen the Kickstarter for the Trogdor board game? We are thrilled to be able to work with Homestar Runner to be able to bring a wooden game board for such a classic character.

Our tiers include a Cherry game board

Cherry game board, box, accessories, and full game

and last but certainly not least, an inlaid board made from Wenge, Waterfall Bubinga and silver stringing.

Pre-orders Locking Down on Friday

On Friday, at 12 p.m. EST all pre-orders to date will be locked down and have their cards charged. If this is an issue for any pre-order backer, please shoot us a message and we can take care of this for you.

Fulfillment In Full Swing!

Hello Backers,

Just a quick update to keep everyone...well...updated. 

We are extremely pleased to announce that our fulfillment has been started in full! The initial runs of Master Vaults came out splendidly, Pencil blanks have been produced and are ready to be turned on the lathe, and Personal Trays are ready to be glued up. Here are some photos of production:

 In addition to this - we have a supplier finalized for new dice and will have photo samples available for the new logo dice shortly.  The only hiccup - we will not have the order in-house until late September.  Due to this, August backers will not be receiving their new logo dice with their pledges, which we will ship out on time towards the end of next month.  We will ship out the dice as soon as we have them available, and of course we'll keep everyone updated on that front as well! 

New Kickstarter Coming on July 31st

As many of you may well be aware, we have a new Kickstarter coming on the 31st - an upgraded re-launch of our Magnetic Dice Tower with Kickstarter exclusive features, custom woods, and plenty of extra goodies to be had all around.  Here is a quick teaser video to show off just one of the new features:

Master Vault Production: Set Up Complete!

Hello Backers,

Here is a quick update for you as we rapidly approach the initial delivery tier:

The Jig is Up

Uh...that is...jigs have been finalized for Master Vaults!

We've been working to finalize set up for full scale production, and here we are. The first test run results are fantastic!  One more test run is being done to triple-verify jigs are set up properly and to make sure the process is rock solid.  Here are some photos of the initial test run!

Please note that these Master Vaults are unfinished, so they'll be a little lighter in tone than the models you'll receive:

"But what of the pencils?!" we hear you cry.  Fear not!

The lathes we're using to turn the pencils are being finalized as we speak, and wood blanks for turning are being processed as well.

So what does all this mean?

We're still on track and nearly ready to begin full production.  It may seem hard to believe, given that we will begin fulfilling towards the end of next month, but remember, we make each piece in-house, and by taking the time to lay all of the vital groundwork, we can ensure that production proceeds quickly and free of problems.  We also build in further wiggle room and safety by "ramping up" with our tiers - the earliest is the most limited, so if issues crop up, it's easier to address and still deliver on time.

We can't wait to start getting pledges completed and shipped out, and we're sure you can't wait, either.  Luckily, the wait is getting shorter and shorter.

An Update On Progress

Hello Backers,

Apologies for the radio silence! We're now (more or less) fully settled in to the new workshop, and have been hard at work preparing for fulfillment as well as tackling our other ventures. 

Let's briefly revisit our Kickstarter timeline:

• Done! Kickstarter campaign closes, BackerKit pre-orders open.
  
• Done! Kickstarter processes all pledges 
  
• Done! BackerKit survey issued 
  
• Done! BackerKit survey lockdown  
• Done! BackerKit charges processed (if applicable) 
  
• In progress: August, 2018: Fulfillment begins 
  
• February/March, 2019: Fulfillment concludes!

We're in the process right now of fully setting up and finalizing jigs/processes for the Master Vault and Pencil. Personal Dice Trays are all squared away already, of course!

Basically, we're working on the first part of the old axiom, "Measure twice, cut once."  Measuring does not make for very glamorous updates, but it is critical to make sure that we hit the ground fully running on production.

For now, the most important thing to be aware of is that we have our eyes on the ball, are fully aware of our deadlines, and the pre-production is proceeding according to plan.  So, all good news!

We can't wait to start fulfillment on this project, please keep an eye out on more updates regarding timeline. :)

First Six Prophecy Tables Shipped! 

In general Wyrmwood news, non-Master Vault related, we're thrilled to share that the first six Prophecy Gaming Tables have been shipped. Six more to go in Wave 1, then its to inifinity, and beyond! Some photography was taken of a Black Poisonwood Prophecy prior to ship-out.  You can take a look below.
